Infinidge

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026
Infinidge is built on a simple principle: you come here to learn something surprising every day, not to be tracked. Infinidge itself does not track you, and any ad-related tracking happens only with your permission where the law or your device requires it. This policy explains clearly what data we collect, why, and what we don't do with it.

1. Who we are

Infinidge is an independent app developed and published by Infinidge, and distributed through both Google Play and the Apple App Store. If you have any questions about this policy, you can contact us at the address at the bottom of this page.

2. What data we collect

Infinidge collects minimal data. Here is everything we store:

Data stored locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to our servers, sold to third parties, or used for advertising profiling. It exists solely to make the app work correctly for you.

3. Data we do not collect

4. How our content is created

Infinidge's facts are written in advance, in batches, with the help of the Anthropic Claude API, then reviewed and stored on our servers (Google Firebase/Firestore). When you use the app, your device simply downloads pre-written facts from Firestore.

No prompt containing your activity, fact history, or any other personal data is sent to Anthropic or any other AI provider during normal use of the app - content generation happens separately, ahead of time, on our end, and involves none of your data.

Anthropic's own privacy policy governs their handling of our batch content-generation process. You can read it at anthropic.com/privacy.

5. Advertising and consent

The free version of Infinidge displays rewarded video ads (you choose to watch an ad to unlock an additional fact). These ads are served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC.

To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect:

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. We only see aggregated reports, such as how many ads were shown, and never data that identifies you. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Your privacy choices. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Infinidge shows a consent and privacy choices form when you first open the app. If you are in a US state with applicable privacy laws, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy settings. The app works the same whatever you choose — if you decline, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalized. You can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy settings.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, ad-related processing of your personal data, including personalized ads and storing or reading identifiers on your device, is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy settings. Some limited processing, such as preventing ad fraud, may instead rely on the legitimate interests of Google and its partners, as listed in the privacy choices form, where you can also object to it.

Tracking on iPhone. On iOS, Infinidge asks for your permission to track (App Tracking Transparency) before your device's advertising identifier can be used. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", it won't be. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Advertising ID on Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device (the exact path may vary by manufacturer).

Premium users, who earn Premium exclusively via a 100-day streak, see no ads, and no ads are loaded for them. The privacy choices form may still appear, so your choice is already in place if your Premium status ends.

6. Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Infinidge uses local notifications — these are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any server communication. We do not send push notifications through external services.

7. Children's privacy

Infinidge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used this app and you have concerns, please contact us.

8. Data retention and deletion

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. This permanently removes all locally stored data including your streak, bookmarks, and preferences. We have no copy of this data on our end.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data. Infinidge itself does not collect personal data, so most of these rights are satisfied by design. For data collected by Google AdMob, see section 5: you can change your ad consent choices in the app at any time, and Google's policy explains how to exercise your rights with Google. If you have a specific request or concern, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
